Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Restoration Technician in Indianapolis, IN to handle both residential and commercial losses caused by water and fire damage. You will perform specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, and content move-outs, among other tasks.

The position pays $20-$27 per hour, based on experience, and requires driving a company vehicle, adherence to regulations and high-quality standards, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
