Job Overview

Servpro is looking for Restoration Technicians - Water, Fire, Mold Mitigation and Remediation. We need those that are experienced in all areas of restoration and be able to supervise crews when handling commercial large losses. We are also looking for restoration technicians as helpers. The pay range will vary depending on your level of experience and ability to transition into each area of restoration.

Restoration Technicians needed for FIRE DAMAGE AND CONTENT PACK-OUT AND CLEANING division. WE ALREADY HAVE A GREAT TEAM, BUT JUST WANT TO ADD TO THE TEAM. PLEASE REPLY IF YOU HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (working well with customers, adjusters and team), caring and empathetic in the handling of others possessions and good organizational skills.

WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIANS NEEDED TO ADD TO OUR ALREADY REALLY GREAT TEAM! PLEASE APPLY FOR THE CREW CHIEF/LEADER POSITION IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE. IF NO EXPERIENCE, WE CAN CONSIDER A ROLE AS A HELPER TECHNICIAN.

Job Duties:

1. Respond to all losses with a sense of urgency.
2. Help our customers to be at ease and explain the process in detail.
3. Be helpful to employees and customers.
4. Good communication.
5. Expertise in your field.
6. Work well with others, good conflict resolution skills.
7. Must be able to handle software specific programs for Servpro and other 3rd party vendors.
8. On-call rotation required.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license - if you have had a suspended license or multiple speeding tickets, please keep in mind that this might make you ineligible to drive our company vehicles. This would disqualify you from being hired into this position.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
