Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a Water & Fire Damage Technician to assist skilled and unskilled labor, learning techniques and performing professional mitigation and disaster response services for the company.

You will be part of a nationwide team, receive comprehensive training, and contribute to restoring properties while prioritizing health and safety. The role emphasizes timely response, teamwork, and high-quality service for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
• Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for an on-call & emergencies schedule rotation.
• Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss & document readings.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.

Job Summary
