Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist team members and perform trained mitigation and disaster response services. You will perform a mix of unskilled and skilled labor, demonstrate reliability for shifts in uniform, and be ready for on-call emergencies.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate paperwork, and following written or oral instructions while learning the techniques required for professional restoration jobs across residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts in proper uniform and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss and document readings.

Job Summary

The Water Damage Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled & unskilled labor while learning the techniques & receiving training required while performing professional mitigation & disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies.

• Must be able to exercise good judgment & to understand & carry out written & or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
• Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
