Overview

Water Filtration Service Technician (Phoenix) at Puragain Water. You will visit existing customers, test water quality, replace filters, and keep filtration systems running at their best. This role blends hands-on service with customer education and consultative selling during service visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer homes to test water and replace filters
• Deliver friendly, professional service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and service residential filtration equipment and maintenance programs
• Educate customers on products, maintenance plans, and upgrades during visits
• Follow a daily schedule and route, starting your day from home
• Accurately document services performed and maintain clear records
• Collaborate with teammates to keep routes efficient and outcomes high quality

Requirements

• Team player who is friendly, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable driving extensively for work
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferred, such as product sales, door to door, or membership sales
• Plumbing or mechanical aptitude is a plus; paid training provided
• Able to use your own reliable vehicle for daily routes

Benefits

• Salary: $40,000 during paid training
• Salary increases to $50,000 upon successful completion of training and when running your route independently
• Commission plan with On-Target Earnings of about $98,000 per year based on an average of $40,000 in monthly sales
