Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking skilled plumbers with water filtration experience to join our team in Fresno. You’ll install and service whole-house filtration systems for residential and commercial properties, handling copper, PVC, CPVC piping, and a variety of tools.

Expect to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and deliver top-tier service from the field. Move between jobs with a company vehicle, adhere to safety standards, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years plumbing or water filtration installation experience preferred.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and a commitment to excellent service.
• Willingness to learn and master our water treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and service whole-house water filtration systems for residential and small business sites.
• Work with galvanized, copper, PVC, and CPVC piping with precise measurements and power tools.
• Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with precision.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems following company standards and customer needs.
• Respond to warranty repairs and urgent service calls.
• Travel to job sites using a company vehicle and ensure timely service.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure systems are fully operational before leaving.

• Master Your Craft: Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with precision and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems while adhering to company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle Emergency Service Calls: Respond to customer needs, including warranty repairs and urgent service calls.
• Drive and Deliver: Use a company vehicle to travel to customer appointments and ensure timely, professional service.
• Maintain Equipment: Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance on tools and installation equipment.
• Ensure Quality Control: Perform final inspections to guarantee systems fully operational before leaving each job site.
• Manage Inventory: Keep track of materials and ensure the right parts are on hand for each job.

Starting hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Plumbing Experience: 2+ years of plumbing or water filtration installation experience preferred.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
