Job summary

Primo Brands in Portland, OR is seeking a field service technician to install, service, and repair water filtration and coffee equipment for new and existing accounts. You will travel to customer sites, perform scheduled maintenance, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have plumbing/electrical fundamentals, tool proficiency, and strong customer service. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work some weekends.

Qualifications

• Fundamentals of plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to use basic power and hand tools.
• Experience working in residential, office and manufacturing environments.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with handheld devices used in field service.
• Strong planning, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic math skills.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods while servicing equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification standards.
• Weekend work flexibility based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair water filtration equipment and coolers.
• Service, maintain and exchange existing equipment on a schedule.
• Install water filtration and inline coffee brewer equipment for new accounts.
• Deliver coffee products to new accounts after installation.
• Respond to scheduled filter changes and service requests.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and parts.
• Document and log installation, exchange and service transactions.
• Test water samples after servicing of equipment.
• Serve as Primo brand ambassador by nurturing quality relationships with existing and potential new customers, delivering exceptional experiences.
