Job summary

Moltz Construction Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer/Surveyor to support a wastewater project in Perry Park, CO. The role involves layout, surveying, and on-site coordination with project staff and QA/QC functions.

You will read blueprints, use surveying equipment, and assist with drawings, records, and site instructions while maintaining safety and quality records. Prior field experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years construction experience is a plus.
• Strong surveying skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Surveying, daily reporting, and quality control management on-site.
• Coordinate contract documents with project staff and field crews.
• Monitor change events and track changes to project documents.
• Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, and site instructions.
• Create templates and supporting documents for project team roles and responsibilities.
• Record change orders and update site drawings.
• Maintain QA/QC and safety records.
