Triangle Pond Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Water Feature Maintenance Specialist to service ponds and water features across the Raleigh area. This full-time role involves outdoor responsibility, routine maintenance, and precise craft to keep environments healthy and attractive.

You will drive a company vehicle on a scheduled route, perform vegetation trimming, pump/filtration care, water treatments, and light landscaping, with opportunities for growth and a strong team focused on

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, water feature maintenance/installation, or plumbing.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience using hand tools, pressure washers, and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned route using company vehicle.
• Maintain water features by trimming vegetation, cleaning pumps/filters, and removing debris.
• Apply water treatments and perform minor landscaping.
• Install fish carefully and ensure sites are clean and balanced.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full‑time position, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional schedule adjustments due to workload, weather, or operational needs, including rare Saturdays.

YOUR DAY

As our Water Feature Maintenance Specialist, you'll start your day by heading out in a company‑provided vehicle to service your assigned route. You'll maintain water features through trimming and pruning vegetation, clean pumps and filters, remove debris, apply water treatments, perform minor landscaping, and carefully acclimate and install fish, leaving each site clean, balanced, and operating at its best.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in landscaping, water feature maintenance/installation, plumbing, or a similar field
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience using hand tools, pressure washers, and basic pumps
