Job summary

Triangle Pond Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Stormwater Mowing Crew Member to work outdoors across North Carolina, focusing on stormwater maintenance, mowing, and vegetation control.

You'll report to the crew leader and visit client sites, applying herbicides, clearing debris, inspecting devices, and maintaining tools. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with occasional Saturdays; background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry.
• Experience using landscaping equipment (mowers and hand tools).
• Comfortable working outside in the elements for extended periods.
• Highly organized and able to work within timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication with team members.
• Good team attitude with the ability to motivate others.
• Background in valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply herbicides and remove invasive vegetation as needed.

Based in North Carolina, you'll play a crucial landscaping role in helping communities and property owners maintain their stormwater assets, lakes, and ponds.

Stormwater Mowing Crew Member Requirements

• Experience with landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand tools

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Stormwater Mowing Crew Member, you will report to your crew leader and head out to various client sites across North Carolina. You'll be assisting with all aspects of stormwater maintenance, from mowing and turf care around stormwater control measures to applying herbicides and removing invasive vegetation. You'll make sure the grounds are clear of trash and debris, inspect stormwater devices for functionality, and keep all tools and equipment in top working order. Your work will directly contribute to Triangle Pond Management's commitment to high-level service, ensuring that communities and property owners can rely on their stormwater assets. You'll also participate in occasional repair projects and collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding results.
