Responsibilities

• Oversees the delivery of major water facility capital improvement projects, including the planning, construction, and completion of critical infrastructure such as groundwater wells, booster stations, reservoirs, treatment facilities, and other essential water system assets.
• Leads coordination with consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and City staff to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in support of the City's long-term water infrastructure goals.
