Job summary

GBA Companies in Lenexa, KS invites Civil Engineering students to join this summer as Water Environment interns. Interns gain hands-on experience in a collaborative setting and will rotate through projects while learning industry practices and software tools.

You will work with Civil3D, AutoCAD and MicroStation, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute to real projects. Eligible candidates are pursuing BS or MS in Civil Engineering, with coursework and campus involvement

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in Civil Engineering or other related field from accredited program.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Excel software is preferred
• GPA of 2.7 or higher is strongly preferred
• Finished at least two years of school
• Prior Internship or related experience is a plus
• Involved in campus, community, and other volunteer activities and/or organizations
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

GBA Companies is welcoming Civil Engineering students to join us this upcoming summer for an internship Lenexa, KS. We are actively growing our teams in the following areas:

• Water Environment Intern in Lenexa, KS.

Description

Interns at GBA Companies gain hands-on experience in a collaborative work environment and have an opportunity to work side by side with industry experts. We treat each intern as an individual and have the unique ability to offer rotational opportunities for students who are still identifying their path. Our interns will work with engineering software such as Civil3D, AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Requirements:

• Pursuing BS or MS in Civil Engineering or other related field from accredited program.
