Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks an Engineering Intern to support water projects and learn from professional engineers and designers.

You will assist with project coordination, data collection, and use of engineering software while developing skills in communication, time management, and collaboration in a hybrid, office-and-field environment. The role offers exposure to ArcGIS and Microsoft Office within a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Related Science from an accredited program.
• Must be at least a rising Junior.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity and interest with water science, processes and design.
• GPA 3.0 (Ideal).
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS.
• A previous internship related to your field of study.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs.
• Self-driven time management and organizational skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Here's what you'll need

The base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
