Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Water/Wastewater Engineer (PE or EIT)

Location: Woodbury, NJ

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000, depending on experience

We're hiring a Water/Wastewater Engineer—either a licensed PE or an EIT—to join a solid, experienced team working on a variety of municipal water and sewer projects. If you’ve got experience with design, permitting, and construction oversight in this space, we’d like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Support or lead technical work for water and sewer infrastructure projects
Handle design work, calculations, reports, and cost estimates
Typical projects include:
Water and wastewater treatment plants
Potable water storage tanks
Pump stations
Sanitary sewer rehabilitation
Support municipal clients and collaborate with senior engineers
Work through regulatory permitting processes
Use or support water distribution modeling (experience a plus)

What we're looking for:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NJ or Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
Experience with AutoCAD and WaterCAD is a plus
Knowledge of water distribution modeling is a bonus
