Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Proven success on multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with performance from estimating/pre-construction to completion.
• Build relationships with client/owner, architect and engineer.
• Support schedule development using Primavera P6 and cost control.
• Review subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, safety, and quality on projects.
