Job summary

Alliance Water Resources, headquartered in Missouri, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee operation and maintenance of our Washington, MO distribution system. The role focuses on customer service, scheduling, and safety compliance within a dynamic field team.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and water certifications, with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday. Compensation is base pay of $28–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience, in a full-time, non-exempt capacity.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain in good standing.
• Possess or ability to obtain and maintain water certifications.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater system maintenance and construction.
• Knowledge of state and federal standards governing water facilities and systems.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and evaluate the work of staff.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laboratory and statistical data.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs operation and maintenance for the water distribution system.
• Prepares the daily schedule by prioritizing work orders and assigning them to staff.
• Provides assistance to contractors and local utilities as needed.
• Assists in responding to client inquiries; recommends improvements to eliminate problems.
• Performs inspections of distribution system operations; orders materials as needed; maintains records.
