Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage routine operations, and assist in short- and long-term capital projects while maintaining regulatory records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Certified S-1 Water Distribution Operator with EGLE certification.
• Knowledge of Michigan Safe Drinking Water Act 399 requirements.
• Ability to prepare reports and present technical information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the water distribution system.
• Supervise staff and schedule on-call coverage 24/7.
• Prepare reports, support capital improvement projects and department budget.
