Job summary

Culligan Total Water in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time delivery driver for the day shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday). This in-person role is part of an Employee Owned company offering comprehensive benefits and strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include delivering water and salt, maintaining safe driving practices, checking equipment, and updating delivery instructions. A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Delivery experience with large service vehicle preferred.
• Knowledge of the geographic area helpful.
• Ability to read a map.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and move 250 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of water and salt to customers.
• Practicing safe driving and following safety procedures.
• Checking equipment for proper operation and reporting problems.
• Communicating with customers regarding deliveries.
• Mapping deliveries and updating instructions for efficiency.
• Maintaining shop and inventory.
• Loading and organizing truck inventory.
• Using handheld computer to record transactions.
• Preparing daily activity logs.
• Driving a large delivery vehicle.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle.
