Job summary

HDR Water Business Group is seeking a Data Steward to define and govern data standards across projects. Embedded leadership will guide how data is defined, used, and reused to enable trusted analytics and AI use cases.

You will collaborate with data stewards, enterprise data science teams, and operations staff to drive adoption of data practices and ensure data quality across the Water BG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in the Water engineering industry.
• Experience leading diverse data-centric teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish SME network across Water BG to define technical standards.
• Develop and maintain data definitions supporting models, reporting, and AI use.
• Build consensus around data processes and intents within Water BG.
