Job Summary

The Water Damage Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor while learning the techniques and receiving training required while performing professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly, including timesheets, PO forms, and field check-list.
• Monitor loss and document readings.
• Exercise good judgment, understand and carry out written or oral instructions, and demonstrate sound problem-solving ability.
