Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Western Montana is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist the team with skilled and unskilled labor while learning mitigation techniques and receiving training for professional disaster response services.

You will perform assigned tasks, report on conditions, and assist with ensuring customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and readiness for on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and driving record.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies.
• Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss & document readings.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment & to understand & carry out written & oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.
