Job summary

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Water Damage Technician to join our team in Tyler, TX and the surrounding areas. This is a hands‑on role involving demolition, water extraction, and equipment setup.

Paid training is available for the right candidate—so whether you bring prior experience in construction/demolition or are ready to learn a new trade, this could be a great fit. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, with PTO, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with equipment or team assistance.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Background in demolition or construction preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification a plus (not required—training available).

Responsibilities

• Assist with water damage mitigation, including water extraction and structural drying.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials.
• Document job progress with moisture readings, photos, and written notes.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle.
• Complete required forms and checklists accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
