Job summary

Water Out in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a full-time Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work and helping customers during difficult times, this role offers meaningful daily tasks and a fast-paced environment.

You will assess affected areas, remove damaged materials, install drying equipment, monitor moisture, and document progress. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation about one week per month.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule.
• Previous restoration, construction, demolition, or remediation experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess affected areas and document project progress.
• Remove damaged materials and install drying equipment.
• Monitor moisture levels and ensure proper drying.
• Work with homeowners and businesses to recover from water and fire-related damage.
