What You’ll Be Doing
  • Rush to the rescue: Respond to water-damage emergencies within hours (sometimes minutes).
  • Assess & strategize: Use moisture meters and infrared cameras to scope severity and plot your extraction plan.
  • Operate pro-grade gear: Run high-capacity pumps, dehumidifiers, air movers and pack-out equipment like a boss.
  • Document every win: Snap clear photos, log moisture readings, and craft reports that wow insurers and homeowners.
  • Educate & reassure: Guide clients through the process—explain what’s happening, why it matters, and how we’ll restore their space.
  • Team up: Coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and fellow techs to hit deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain your rig: Keep company vehicles, tools, and PPE spotless and fully fueled—your gear is your lifeline.
What You Bring
  • IICRC-certified (WRT) or solid field experience in water damage restoration
