Job summary

First Point Construction in Mead, CO is seeking an IICRC Certified Water Tech to respond to water damage calls. You will operate truck-mounted extraction units, perform water testing, and assist with drying and cleanup, working Monday through Friday with on-call weekends.

The role involves manual labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, driving responsibilities, and representing the company professionally while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• IICRC Water Technician certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Weekend availability and on-call duties may apply.

Responsibilities

• Extract water using truck-mounted units at sites.
• Set up containment and drying chambers; remove wet material.
• Perform water tests and document findings.

Hiring Immediately an IICRC Certified Water Tech.

Job Duties to include but not limited to: Extracting water in homes/businesses after water damage occurs using truck mounted units, Perform water tests. Manual labor such as setting up containment/drying chamber, removing wet carpet/pad, drywall, setting drying equipment/air movers, use HEPA vacuum, clean up, shampooing carpets, use power washer. Monday - Friday Plus weekends when on call & when we have a lot of extra jobs coming in - Over time based on work load.

We are a construction company that takes pride in our work and we are seeking an individual that takes pride in theirs as well. We do a lot of residential warranty work for some great companies. Weekly paycheck based on hourly rate.

We are seeking someone that can work alone or with a crew to complete tasks given in a timely and efficient manner while providing a great experience for our customers and is able to represent our company in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license (Prefer someone Insurable)
• Must pass a drug screen and a background check
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be customer oriented and able to keep work areas clean
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well with others
• Must have weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
