Job summary

Pacific Remediation and Restoration is seeking a water, mold, and fire restoration technician to join our team in Kirkland, WA. We value hardworking, down-to-earth individuals who enjoy helping others and delivering reliable service.

You will handle water/mold/fire cleanup, demolition, and site safety while maintaining a clean, organized work area. After-hours emergencies rotate among team members, with overtime as needed and a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Background check required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physically able to work in PPE; able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• IICRC or RIA certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities:

• Water damage, mold remediation, and smoke/fire damage cleanup.
• Demolition.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Manage the daily scope of work dealing with water/mold/fire mitigation.
• Emergency services after hours on a rotating basis.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License (satisfactory driving record).
• Complete a background check.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to think on your feet.
• Physically able to work in PPE.
• Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance.
• IICRC or RIA Certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
