Looking for a job where you're active, learning practical skills, and helping people get their homes and businesses back to normal?
We're hiring a Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our Danville team. You'll assist with residential and commercial restoration projects following leaks, flooding, and other water-related property damage.
Previous experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We're willing to train dependable candidates who have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and want to learn the restoration trade.
You'll work alongside other restoration professionals to help address water-damaged properties throughout the Danville area. Depending on the project, you'll assist with water extraction, drying equipment setup, cleanup, removal of damaged materials, and monitoring affected areas throughout the drying process.
You'll learn how to operate air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters, and other professional restoration equipment. You'll also help document job progress, maintain organized work areas, care for company equipment, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
Every project is different, making this a good fit for someone who prefers active work instead of doing the same thing every day.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or another skilled trade is preferred but not required.
IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification is a plus, but not required.
