Paid training is available, making this position suitable for both beginners and those with construction experience. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces like crawlspaces and attics.
• IICRC WRT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water damage mitigation through water extraction.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers.
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Document job progress accurately with photos and notes.
• Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle.
