The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Project Superintendent for the Water Division in Southern California. You will own field operations, build and manage schedules, coordinate subcontracts, drawings and specs, and enforce safety standards to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• 6+ years of field Superintendent experience in construction.
• Relocation may be required for some roles.
• Base pay range: $129K–$191K.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establishing budgets and controlling cost
• Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risk, and work to mitigate it
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follows company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
• Manages jobsite cleanliness
• Prepares daily time cards for personnel under supervision
• Prepares daily logs
