Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or closely related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a related leadership role.
• Current professional engineering registration (PE) and ongoing professional engagement.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects.
• Active participation in professional or industry associations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of staff to meet client needs.
• Oversee project operations, reviews, budgets and profitability at the project level.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Market Sector Leaders and Project Delivery Leader on staffing and pursuits.
• Ensure QA/QC programs, quality standards and best practices are followed.
• Support fee development, proposals and hiring decisions as delegated by leadership.
