Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) in North Platte, Nebraska is hiring a Water Blaster Truck Operator / Laborer for the 2026 season. You will operate high‑pressure water blasting equipment on highway projects and remove pavement markings, supporting safe and efficient work zones.

This role requires travel to multiple sites, a Class B CDL, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or with a crew. PPE is required and logs must be kept in CDL compliance.

Qualifications

• Follow the Safety handbook and site rules.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Clean driving record with Class B CDL license (endorsements preferred).
• Operate water blasting equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain paperwork and logs in compliance with CDL Class B requirements.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and travel to multiple sites.

We are hiring for the 2026 season! Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) is a traffic control company based in North Platte, Nebraska. Our service area includes central Nebraska to the panhandle and eastern Colorado.

CSI provides traffic control services, roadway and airport pavement marking, pavement marking removals, temporary barrier rail, temporary signals, message boards and other smart zone equipment. CSI is a fast‑growing company looking for employees that are ready to grow with us.

We need operators in North Platte, NE.

Safety is the most important part of a construction project. CSI employees will help create a safe work zone by installing traffic control devices on roadway construction projects.

Water Blaster Truck Operator / Laborer will operate high‑pressure water blasting equipment for cleaning and removing pavement markings from highways. You will need to have a strong understanding of truck operation, water blasting techniques, and a commitment to safety in hazardous environments. This role requires travel to various job sites, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They are responsible for maintaining the correct paperwork and logs in regulation with their CDL Class B license.
