Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

$500 sign-on bonus

$250 after 90 days of employment, with the balance after 6 months of employment and a favorable review at each segment.

The Position

We are seeking a Restoration Crew Chief for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration. Responsibilities include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, content cleaning, and supervising Restoration Technicians.

Requirements

• Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
• Previous Crew Chief experience in fire and flood restoration preferred
• Good communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Background check submission
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) is a plus

• Support ongoing training and skill development
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Ensure proper documentation and customer communication
