Water and Fire Damage Restoration Technician

If YES, you will enjoy joining our team as a Restoration Technician. You will be responsible for going to buildings/homes that have water and fire damage and begin the process of cleaning up and drying out the building.

Paul Davis Emergency Services is a national property damage restoration service provider dedicated to providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need. We offer emergency and construction services to clients experiencing property disasters/emergencies.

A Restoration Technician is responsible for structural cleaning, water damage extraction, and demolition. At Paul Davis, we help homeowners rebuild their lives after traumatic events. If you enjoy helping others and find fulfillment in making a difference, consider joining us.

The ideal Technician:

• Works safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, etc.
• Surveys damage within the property
• Evaluates and records damage to all items within the property
• Adheres to cleaning processes for contents and structural damage
• Can work safely in hazardous environments
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and management
• Pays attention to detail
• Works effectively to ensure productivity and quality
• Performs at a rate expected of their role and develops new practices as needed
• Identifies opportunities for additional sales and customer service
• Willing to respond to commercial emergencies and participate in On-Call rotation
• Has construction experience and/or knowledge (preferred)
• Is proficient with smartphone and tablet technology
• Can pass background and DMV reviews

Required education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Required experience:

• None, but preference given to those with experience and/or WRT or ASD certifications

Required license or certification:

• Valid driver's license

Compensation: $12 - $18 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
