Job summary

Strong writing, briefing, and interpersonal skills are essential for high-level communications and collaborative work across teams. You will handle urgent requests, monitor outreach queues, and brief senior managers and IC partners.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
• Knowledge and experience with the IC and our customer
• Excellent writing, verbal, and briefing skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior USG/IC managers
• Demonstrated ability to respond to inquiries via email and to collaborate on projects

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer requests and urgent taskings from USG and IC partners (DHS, DoS, NCTC, FBI/TSC)
• Monitors queues for Outreach Team action and coordinates formal communications
• Briefs senior customer management and IC partners
• Interacts with the IC Working Group community at meetings and briefings
• Traveling to multiple locations in the WDC area as needed and supporting after-hours duty duties
