Job summary

RenXTech, a Buchanan & Edwards subsidiary, is seeking candidates for an all-source intelligence role in Chantilly, VA. The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities include identifying counterintelligence concerns, producing detailed reports, briefing senior leadership, coordinating research across multiple projects, and delivering timely insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 1-20 years of customer-specific experience.
• Experience in All-Source analysis.
• Experience writing IC-related documents.
• Experience and understanding of research, analysis and tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable.
• Experienced in creating, reading and processing all-source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines.
• Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing.
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling.
• Ability to simultaneously manipulate multiple data sets to derive inputs for technical targeting packages.
• Work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
• Formal training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, provide written products and briefings and produce detailed products.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership.
• Present research and briefing senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react to a highly fluid environment.
• Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership and implement plans.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
