Job summary

RenXTech, a leading national security partner, seeks a candidate with IC experience to respond to USG requests and coordinate outreach with senior IC managers. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a U.S. citizenship, and proven writing/briefing abilities.

The position involves multi-location meetings in the DC area, after-hours duty coverage, and occasional travel. You will work with Watchlist teams to ensure timely, precise communications for high-threat events.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Knowledge/experience with the IC and our customer.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and briefing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior USG/IC managers.
• Demonstrated ability to respond clearly to inquiries via email.
• Ability to work collaboratively on projects and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer requests and immediate taskings from USG and IC partners (DHS, DoS, NCTC, FBI/TSC).
• Monitors queues for Outreach Team action and coordinates formal communications.
• Briefs senior customer management and IC partners and participates in working groups/briefings.
• Interact with the IC Watchlist community and attend meetings at multiple locations.
• Be flexible with core hours and after-hours duties during high threat periods and travel as needed.
