Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in watch/lead watch/NOC/enterprise operations.
• Experience leading watch officers and incident coordination.
• Strong TCP/IP networking, routing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with enterprise network-monitoring and ticketing platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day Watch operations and provide direction, mentoring, and oversight to Watch Officers across shifts.
• Coordinate significant outages, degradations, service disruptions, and mission-impacting incidents.
• Maintain broad situational awareness across network, systems, cybersecurity and infrastructure activities.
• Monitor network health and availability using SolarWinds and other platforms.
• Develop concise operational BLUFs explaining events, impact, actions, and next steps.
• Support TNCC/J6 reporting requirements and leadership briefs.
