Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Utilities Supervisor to lead and ensure safe operations of plant utilities. You will oversee technicians handling wastewater, boilers, chilled water, CO2, nitrogen and related systems, while managing materials, records and SOP updates.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of supervisory experience in plant utilities, with an engineering-related degree and relevant certifications; CMMS and MS Office proficiency are required to support planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in utilities-related field; wastewater, boiler or refrigeration certifications are a plus.
• Must be skilled with power and hand tools; forklift experience is helpful.
• Experience using CMMS for scheduling and planning maintenance activities.
• Experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and advises staff; handles work assignments, performance evaluations and development.
• Coordinates field supervision of maintenance for water distribution and wastewater systems; manizes meter work and customer services.
• Orders maintenance materials and prepares work plans for system maintenance.
• Maintains records and assists in performance evaluations and SOP development.
