Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Technician to operate daily wastewater treatment processes and ensure proper discharge in line with environmental requirements.

This hands-on role includes monitoring treatment, chemical handling, lab upkeep, inventory control, spill response and accurate record-keeping, with hours 7:00am to 3:30pm and hourly pay between $22.00 and $26.00.

Qualifications

• Execute daily waste treatment operations, including batch chemical neutralization, sludge press filtration, chemical recycling, and compliant wastewater discharge.
• Monitor treatment processes and follow established procedures to ensure wastewater is properly treated and handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wastewater treatment and chemistry lab.
• Maintain chemical management and inventory control, including monitoring supplies and identifying when materials need to be replenished.
• Assist with spill response and cleanup activities in accordance with established safety and environmental procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to wastewater treatment activities as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Chemistry and Wastewater Treatment operations.

Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls, WI is looking for a Wastewater Treatment Technician to join our tam. This hands-on role is responsible for the daily operation of our wastewater treatment processes, ensuring wastewater is properly treated and discharged in accordance with company procedures and environmental requirements.
