In-N-Out Burger is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator I to join our Chino, CA facility. This full-time role focuses on operating and maintaining the onsite wastewater treatment plant to meet regulatory standards.

You will perform daily sampling, adjust chemicals, monitor levels, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, with opportunities to train new hires and support cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years working as a wastewater treatment operator.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds of WWTP documenting issues and analyzing SOPs for inefficiencies.
