Job summary

Siltronic AG is seeking a Facilities Wastewater Technician I to operate and maintain wastewater systems on a 12-hour Pitman schedule starting at 6:45 am/pm with a 15% shift differential. The role emphasizes reading and interpreting manuals, reporting findings, and ensuring environmental compliance across our facility.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1-2 years of related experience, and a solid understanding of safety and environmental rules.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum High School diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of 1-2 years of industry-related experience.
• Must have knowledge of safety / environmental rules.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems.
• Read, learn, and interpret complex documents and manuals; report findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to support operations and handle emergencies when needed.
