Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering completed before start.
• Experience with wastewater and water treatment processes.
• Experience with chemical process units.
• Prior environmental experience in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with spreadsheet and/or database applications (Excel, Access, SharePoint).
• Strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regenerable ion exchange process operations including ion exchange vessels and RO units.
• Optimize treatment effectiveness using operations data.
• Conduct process modeling, data analysis, and evaluations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard work and process control procedures for process units.
• Lead investigation teams and root cause analyses as needed.
• Collaborate with EHS Laboratory on PFAS analytical data and provide engineering support to Operations.
• Be available outside of traditional work hours to address equipment issues.
• Actively participate in and may lead project planning efforts and implement future direction.
