Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Reclamation Operator to safely operate and monitor wastewater treatment and reclamation systems during assigned shifts. You will inspect deliveries, manage samples, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards while maintaining clean, efficient facilities.

The role emphasizes routine maintenance, data collection, and coordinating with drivers and supervisors to prevent spills and optimize process performance.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely operate industrial process equipment and learn advanced treatment systems.
• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, piping systems, and industrial controls.
• Ability to interpret operating data and recognize abnormal process conditions.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and telehandlers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor reclamation processing systems and facility equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and document PCW deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Transfer products between storage tanks and operate DAF and SBR systems.
• Conduct routine facility rounds, document readings, and report abnormalities.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance; participate in JSAs and safety observations.
