Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience as a Superintendent in wastewater or civil construction.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 including scheduling and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with wastewater processes and related construction work.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work full-time onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field personnel on wastewater treatment projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and site inspections.
• Track labor, equipment, and materials for daily reporting.
