Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina.
• Experience with wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects from planning through construction.
• Strong wastewater engineering knowledge for technical direction.
• Experience communicating with municipalities/utilities.
• Leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
• Client-focused with relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Lead design of wastewater treatment and collection systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, and deliverables.
• Primary contact for municipal clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and review designs.
• Assist with construction administration and project implementation.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Support proposals and new project opportunities.
