Job summary
Garver is seeking a Senior Process Engineer Lead in Greenville, SC, to drive advanced water and wastewater projects within the Greenville Water Design Center. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee conceptual to bid-ready design work, and coordinate with regional offices and regulators to deliver high-quality outcomes for client services.
The role emphasizes hands-on process design, mentoring of engineers, and active involvement in marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license or with ability to be licensed.
- 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater process related design experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading design projects.
- Process modeling software experience such as Hydromatis GPS-X, Dynamita Sumo, and/or EnviroSim BioWin.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a design team across water and wastewater projects.
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs, plans, and specifications for treatment facilities.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, and other disciplines and manage budgets.
- Prepare design calculations and ensure quality assurance and Garver standardization.
- Support business development and present to clients and at industry conferences.
