Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 5+ years of civil site design experience.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Understanding of multi-disciplinary practices for water/wastewater projects.
• Strong teaching and coaching skills for junior team members.
• Experience as manager for major water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver designs.
• Complete civil designs including grading, paving, stormwater routing.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets and timelines.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Support fieldwork and construction activities.
