Job summary

LOTT Clean Water Alliance in Washington state is seeking a Process Control Lead Operator to optimize plant performance, ensure permit compliance, and lead operators across WWTF and reclaimed water facilities.

The ideal candidate has expertise in Biological Nutrient Removal, strong data analysis, and proven leadership, with responsibility for planning, training, and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) systems.
• Two years leadership experience preferred.
• Five years LOTT-specific Operations experience preferred.
• Valid WA Group III Wastewater Operator license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control wastewater treatment processes and ensure permit compliance.
• Lead and coordinate weekly operations/shifts; mentor operators.
• Analyze data and adjust processes for performance and efficiency.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Document operational data and develop/modify SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
