Job summary

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Plant Operator Supervisor to manage the daily operations of an automated wastewater pretreatment plant in Washington, DC. You will ensure equipment operates properly, monitor chemical levels, and supervise operators under the Plant Manager.

Requirements include 4+ years supervisory experience in industrial wastewater, a current ABC Class III or higher certification, and proficiency with HMI/SCADA systems, PLCs, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years supervising operators in industrial wastewater pretreatment.
• ABC Class III Wastewater Certification or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an automated wastewater pretreatment plant.
• Ensure equipment operates within tolerance and monitor chemical levels.
• Perform calibrations on pH and ORP meters and conduct basic maintenance.
• Enforce safety protocols including PPE and confined space entries.
• Train and supervise plant operators under the Plant Manager.
