The ideal candidate must hold a high school diploma and have a MA Grade 4M Wastewater Treatment Operator License. Strong communication skills and the ability to work outdoors are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum MA Grade 4M Wastewater Treatment Operator License is essential.
• Knowledge of MA DEP regulation of plant O&M is desirable.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various climates and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust process controls as necessary.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment and perform minor maintenance.
• Collect samples and perform routine lab tests.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Keep accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.

Skills

Knowledge of MA DEP regulation of plant O&M
